Italian Speaking Customer Support - Remote (Greece)

We are looking for a Spanish speakers to join a Travel related project remote from Greece. 

Requirements: 

- Native or near native of Italian language 
- Fluent level of English 
- Previous experience in Customer Service 
- Positive attitude 
- Willingness to learn 
- Ability to work under pressure 

Responsibilities: 

- Providing support for the German market via email and chat 
- Handling complains and providing information to customers 
- Working closely with other departments
