Italian Customer Support – Reservation Agent

As an Italian Customer Support – Reservation Agent, you’ll ensure that the organization is meeting the customer’s requirements on a day to day basis.

Turn your passion for travel into action working for one of the biggest Online Tourism Platform that operates an online marketplace for lodging, primarily homestays for vacation rentals, and tourism activities.

On a typical day, you’ll:

• Be the first point of contact for the world’s leading accommodation partners by solving key questions and queries such as room modifications, rates and availability, extranet tools, etc.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right tools, methods and procedures
• Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian
• Advanced level of English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment
• Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
• The passion and drive to make a difference
• EU Passport
• Relocation to Athens
