French Speakers Customer Support

From Cross Border Talents we are looking for fluent French speakers with a fluent level of English too, in order to work in Customer Technical Support in Athens. Experience in customer support is an asset but not mandatory. Conditions:

- Travel expenses will be paid.

- Accomodation: the first two weeks a hotel will be provided adn a company will help you to find accomodation.

- 12 months contract (renewable).

- Monthly salary: 1045,72€ gross (x14) + Bonus up 200€.

- Training will be provided.

- Free Greek lessons.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of fluent French and English (B2/C1).

- Writing Speed: 20 words per minute.

- Basic IT knowledge.

- Being able to attend consumer enquiries/questions through phone lines.

- Mantain accurate data input on the customer service database.

- Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training.
