Arenaline offers a wide range of premium online gaming products developed Igaming’s veterans and top programmers. Our mission is to offer a completely new online gaming experience to customers worldwide. We are rapidly growing and we need new Customer Service Agents to join our Team of Professionals.
Your responsibilities:
- Help our customers via email, chat and telephone.
- Manage customer’s accounts.
- Translation work of bonuses campaigns texts and correspondence.
- Detect and redirect customer’s complaints and unresolved issues to the designated
resources.
- Assist Team Leaders by working proactively, communicating with colleagues within internal
departments.
Who are we looking for:
- Fluent in both Turkish and English.
- Good communication.
- Microsoft Office Suite literate.
- A pro-active co-worker with a positive attitude.
- Customer Service orientation.
- Attention to details and accuracy.
- Strong propensity on problem analysis and solving.
- You must have a high stress tolerance.
- Ambitious and can imagine a future career in the I-gaming industry.
- Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an asset.
