Customer Service

Our client in Greece is hiring Italian, Swedish, French or Polish natives and fluent English speakers oriented to Call Centre area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and assess customers’ needs.
• Interact with customers using calls, emails and chat in the required language and English.
• Use the right methods and tools to provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customer.
• Meet team targets and chat handling quotas.
• Solve all the technical issues efficiently.
• Follow procedures, guidelines, and policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient level of English and Native Italian, Swedish, French or Polish.
• Availability to work in rotating/night shifts and on holidays/weekends.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
