Looking for room in or near Kallithea from February until July of 2020

I will be spending Spring semester at Panteion University so now I'm in a search for accomodation. I will require room from 15.2.2020. until 10.07.2020., and I'm limited by my student allowence of only 200 eures (for room and bills).
A bed in dorm or room in apartment would be my first preferance, if possible.
I don't mind pets nor smoking of other roommates.
