Looking for a flat near the TEI of Athens

We are 20 years old women who are looking for a friendly roomate who want to exchange with us. We are going to study in the TEI of Athens, and we come from France. The apartement have to be ten to twenty minutes away by walk from the University. The roomate should be a bit organized and, of course, respectfull.
