Italian 24 year old guy, looking for accomodation in Athens!

Hi! This is Michele, an Italian 24 year old guy. I study International Relations at the University of Bologna and I have been living in Bologna for 5 years.
I will be in Athens for an erasmus exchange from February to July, it would be perfect for me to already have an accomodation from the 29th January, since I booked a flight for that day.
I will be studying at Panteion University, so it would be great to find an accomodation close to the city centre, but not too far from the university, or at least a metro station that can take me to Panteion. I am looking for a single room in a shared apartment, which cost up to 300 euros, bills included. I have no problems living with animals, smokers, male/female/trans...
