I am looking for a non-shared accomodation for myself.

Hi;

I am a Ph.D. student at Panteion University. I study by the Erasmus exchange program.  I will stay in Athens until the end of February. However, I may go on my study for the spring semester also. I want to have a silent place to study and sleep. I am a clean man and don't smoke. I don't have a pet and no party at home. I hate mosquitoes. I respect the rules, of course to the respectful ones. I am an easy-going, peaceful and respectful person. I want to rent a studio or apartment with a maximum rental of 350 Euro monthly, including all the bills.
