I am a 62 old man from the Netherlands, married and a quiet living man. I am working on a Microsoft project at Teleperformance Travos for a minimum of 1 year. My goal is to stay about 3 years on this project. My wife is living in Thailand and will visit me from time to time.

I am looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment between the center and Travos or more South of Athens (till the beach) My budget is € 350,- per month incl furniture. For Internet and other cost (like bulding fee, water and electric)  I am prepaired to pay about € 50,-. 

The apartment must be within 15 minutes walk to the Metro-station.

The apartment must be avaialble in 1 week, because I have till 15/6/2018 a hotelroom.
