erasmus student looking for a two bedroom flat near NTUA

we are not looking for roommates, we want a private flat fully furnished. we want two seperate bedrooms and one living room. We want all the bills and taxes to be included in the price we wat wifi connection. we would like to walk to school if possible. İf not we would like to be near the bus station or the metro so we can have an easy access to the school.
