28, Portuguese guy looking for roommates or friends to hang out

Any one that is a student or young professional. I am looking for a person that wants to have a really nice environment at home, and who knows, have a coffee from now and then.
I am going to work at Leoforos Alexandras, so I am currently looking for flats up to 300€ at the area of Exarcheia to Ampelokipoi and surroundings, as long as I take less than 30 min to work, and by metro. I don't know how to take the bus in Greece, so I must be near the metro.
I am going to stay a long time, and I would love to have some roommates for at least 6 months. I am Portuguese, 28, and I will do research and PhD studies in software Engineering.
