25 year old Master's student on Exchange (female), looking for accommodation in Athens

Hello, I'm Katie!

I'm a Master's student originally from California but studying in Southern Sweden at Lund University. I study Human Geography with a specialty in urban and political studies. I will be in Athens on exchange for the fall semester and then for a few months of the spring semester to be working on my thesis. 

How I am as a roommate:

• Easy going
• Firm believer in common areas/shared spaces staying clean
• Super fun (is it too bold to add this???)
• Getting old so party days are with me in spirit but only occasionally in practice these days
• Love to cook and bake for others

How I am as a person:

• Adventurous--always seeking out new things to do and new people to meet
• Sporty--I love running, yoga, soccer (yes, I know it's called football in Europe)
• Musical--I can play 4 instruments and love to sing (will respect study/sleep times accordingly)
• Nerdy--can talk about geography, politics, and other random things for hours on end
• Non-smoker, occasional drinker/socializer

What I'm looking for:

• A room in a shared apartment, preferably with at least 2 other people but no more than 6 roommates total (including myself)
• Utilities included 
• Washing machine in the apartment
• A/C available
• Balcony/terrace (prefered but not mandatory)
• No more than 320 euro
• Room available from September 2018 - April 2019
