24 year old internnational student looking for an apartment in the center of Athens

I am Deree Student who's looking for a 1 or 2bd apartment to live alone in the center of Athens, as soon as possible. I am looking for a furnished apartment with a preference of new and modern looks. I do have a preference for neighborhoods such as Kolonaki, Kifisia, Plaka, Monastiraki, Agia Paraskevi or a nice region with cafes and restaurants and close to a metro station.
