22 year old student looking for accomodation in Athens

I am a 22 year old student at the AUEB and currently writing my Masterthesis. I am a clean person and take care of the accomodation I rent. As i know it can be annoying to have loud neighbours I make sure that I am not too loud and keep all the noise on a normal lvl so I don't disturb others.

I am looking for a single appartment/studio as close to the center as possible and furnished. Around 25sqm would be nice and it should include a double bed and a washing machine. As I rely on public transport it would also be an advantage if it would be situtated close to a metro station. I am planning on a longterm stay.
