22 year old student, looking for accomidation in Zografou neighborhood

I'm starting teh MA program in archaeology at the National University of Athens in the fall and will be there until October 15, 2018. I'm a very easy-going, understanding, and calm person. I'm hoping for an accomodation with a lot of light, a balcony, a private room, and one that is furnished.
