What is it like to live in Ashgabat? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
Well, at the first living in Ahsgabat is very easy. I mean about prices, culture of population, no burglars, very good buses, transports. There are many apartments that has 3-4-5 rooms and very cheap.
I strongly recommend to living there. If you want live there, you'll see that there very easy living.
The city very very very beautiful. We have many WORLD records, for.ex: there so many fantains, so many building that contracted by white marble. So whole city white and beautiful. at nights city so beautiful, so much lights, musics, cheap restaurants, so many parks and e.t.c.
What is the student lifestyle like in Ashgabat?
This question is very good. Students lifestyle the BEST in the WORLD I can say. Because all students 100% have own grants. The grant is very high. Students can live easy with this grant, buying all things what they want. And buses, tickets for flying, train have 40% discounts. Our President always thinking about students especially, says that students are future of country... And he always says that we should go abroad to study and show in Turkmenistan what we learned...
How much does it cost to live in Ashgabat?
Living in Ashgabat is not expensive. Living there for one family about 300-500$ a month and for this money they can live very good. every person there has salary about 400-700$ a month. so every person has own car, students has too.
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Ashgabat? Is there any advice you can give?
Of course it NOT difficult to find accommodation there. because we always build there many many apartments. so if someone want to find accommodation we have there special organizations that help find accommodations for renting or buying
