Living in Samoa with Kevin
I spent 2 months living and working with a Samoan family on Savaii, which is an island in Samoa. For the entire first month, I assumed the youngest son's name was Kevin and I called him Kevin.
One day I saw his school book and the name written on the front page was Gavin. His name was Gavin.
I thought Kevin suited him better and I continued to call him Kevin.
