A nice town which has lots of shops, plenty of bars and other things to do. Close to the national park Hoge Veluwe.

There isn't much of a student lifestyle in Apeldoorn as there are only small schools there; Saxion, Wittemborg and the ROC Aventus. However the bars and small clubs are good for meeting people.

Apeldoorn has a wide range of restaurants: Tapas, Greek, Chinese, Indonesian, Italian...
