Worldwide job - Ghost writer Articles and books

I'm looking for creative native english speakers/writers to ghost write articles and a book on the position of the woman in West-Africa and the relevance of education to make a change towards the future. Somebody with affinity with the region would surtenly have an advantage in writing this book.
