Couple searching for studio room in Antwerp

We are couple from Georgia that are visiting Antwerpen to study in University of Antwerp on 2 year Master program.
We have trouble finding a studio which allows for both of us to stay in. (Landlords state that it is not allowed for 2 persons to stay in a studio (Why?)).
Anyhow, if anyone has any suggestion or accomodation (preferably Studio for 2 persons) to offer within ~350-450 Euros, we'd be more than just grateful!
