21 year old girl, looking for accommodation in ANTWERP CITY

I'm a Tourism student from Valencia, Spain. I am 21 years old and I'm looking for a palce to stay in Antwerp City center if it's possible from September(2019) to January(2020). I am going to study for one semester (1st semester) in AP Meistraat (artesis plantijn university college). I am a chill and quiet person but I love to make new friends. I intend to take this opportunity to explore the city and do some tourism, discover new place! I speak English, a little bit of German and obviously Spanish.
I'm looking for a room/studio/shared apartment from 1st September (2019) to 31st January (2020). My budget would be between 350€ - 420€ all in.
I would prefer my roommate to be a girl if it's possible.
