Professional couple looking for house or flat in or just outside Ankara

We are a professional couple who have come to Ankara with my husband's job (he is an English teacher).
We are looking for a house or apartment, ideally with 3 bedrooms, for ourselves and our daughter. We would really like somewhere with an outside space - at least a balcony and ideally a garden. We don't mind being a bit outside Ankara as we would rather commute and live in our ideal property.
