A Private Room in a Cozy & Quiet Minimalistic 1+1 in Yasamkent
It is in a great location: quiet and not too far from downtown: 14 min drive to Gordion AVM, 18 to Armada, 5 more, and you are at the center (if you ever need to go there).
The temperature inside is mild. Three sleeping places in total, high-speed Internet, stove, and oven. There is also a patio.
The complex has 24/7 security, cute fountains, a walking area, gazebos, a playground, and a basketball court. There is a local store and a few restaurants. Migros is just 100-150 meters away. Free but uncovered parking.
