I am looking for accommodation near metu

I am student in middle east technical university Ankara , electrical and electronic Eng. , Palestinian , looking for an accommodation near my university , first time in Ankara , speak English and Arabic , I am Muslim.

I am looking for studio or single room furnished and equipped  with necessary equipment like Wi-Fi , cloth washer , heater ..etc., I prefer to be near metu or at least near a bus station as well as near supermarket. The maximum that I am looking for is between 700tl and 800tl.I don’t mind to be with one more roommate or to be in an apartment with other roommates.

The most important aspects of the roommates are to be male, good person , non smoking , no alcohol , I don’t care about his nationality and religion.
