I'm a very clean and tidy person, I'd like to find a place with max 2 flatmates ; better 1, close to the center with furniture.
I'd like to live with non conservative people, foreigners would be better.Clean, tidy and disciplined .
I don't usually smoke but I am not against in smoking areas ( balconies...)
