18 year old male looking for an accomodation next to ulus

Am a student who is looking for a dormitory to rent. I would prefer to share a room with one person at most and it would be good if the person is not a drinker or smoker. I would like an accomodation that is after kizilay towards ulus and ostim as it's closer to my university. Am a foreign student too so it would be great if the person is open to living with a foreigner.
