I recommend this city which is very pretty and very picturesque. We have everything nearby and it is quiet and relaxing.

What is the student lifestyle like in Angers?

There are lots of student parties on Thursday night, it's very dynamic. The bars are cozy and friendly.

How much does it cost to live in Angers?

It costs 300 € (with expenses) per month to live in Angers. And shops are not very expensive, it's affordable.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Angers? Is there any advice you can give?

No, it's not complicated, there are a lot from May onwards. I advise to contact the owner well and read the terms of the contract.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

The food is delicious. There are hot goats (goat cheese fondue on toast), salads of gizzards, fries, pizzas, burgers, kebabs,...

What places would you recommend visiting in Angers?

The Castle!

You must visit Saumur, it is a very cute little town!

Is the nightlife good in Angers? Where is good to go?

All the bars in Angers are good for going out at night! I also recommend the Gaumont cinema, the night clubs as Le Carré and La Péniche.

What advice would you give future students heading to Angers?

It's great, so come and you'll make friends easily. It's a great city!
