30 year old PhD student, no pet, looking for accomodation in Ancona

I  am  a  30  years   old  female PhD student from Cameroon.  I’m looking for a calm accommodation place preferably a shared apartment, as close as possible to the faculty of sciences, Marche Polytechnic University, would like to share with graduate students preferably females and non smokers. I intend to move in for at least a year. I would like to share with people already fluent in Italian language
