Summer Sales Asscociate

We are looking for a genuine music-gear obsessive to help grow our marketplace of musicians. In this role you will act as a sales associate, generating new relationships with sellers. You will be responsible for actively growing our inventory and users and ensuring they are best utilizing the site and its features. You will also be responsible for proactively seeking out and supporting new potential sellers. The role is a three-month assignment full time at 40 hours per week working from our brand new Amsterdam office.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of music gear
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet software.
• Conversational level in English and in at least one of the following: French, German, Spanish, Italian.
• Start Date Monday 11th June

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage and proactively reach out to new potential sellers.
• Assist new and existing customers in managing and expanding inventory.
• Help with marketing initiatives.
• Updating and maintaining our CRM
• A myriad of other tasks that come with a rapidly growing business.
