Collect online or cash payments.
Be enthusiastic & entrpreneurial in improving the sales.
Share feedback.
Plating manager:
Warm the breads as & when required.
Arrange the plates with warm bread & required dips.
Assist retail sales to serve to the right customer.
Re-fill/re-arrange the dips as & when required.
Ensure that the visitors have fresh samples to taste.
