Your Job:
We’re seeking an ambitious Customer Support Representative to join Siilo’s growing User Team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the growth of our increasing German user base (our 2nd largest)! Our User Team is the first point of contact for Siilo’s user base of 400,000 healthcare professionals. The team is available on a daily basis to help our users with questions via our messenger and by telephone in order to assist them in the use of our products. We strive to create a consistent and human experience for all of our users. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence improvements for both the Siilo product and User Team processes.
You will be responsible for:

Ensuring our user base has the best possible experience using Siilo

Supporting the growth of our complete user base

Giving insights to daily inquiries that healthcare professionals face while using the app

Training our users on how to use our products

Contributing and sharing insights to aid product development and improvement

Improving processes of the user team
What we’re looking for from you:

Excellent communication skills in German, Dutch & English

Availability to work 8-12 hours/week

Enthusiastic personality, customer-oriented, empathetic, and analytical

Ability to be very personable - you're not afraid to pick up the phone and help someone you don't know
