Your role - Customer Success Representative - Part-Time 2/3 days a week

We are looking for a Customer Success Representative for our team in Amsterdam. Ideally, we are looking for a student who is available 2 or 3 days a week.

You are responsible for providing customer experience, inbound support and monitoring and improving the engagement of our corporate and enterprise customers.

Main responsibilities

  • Managing and improving the inbound support process.
  • Monitor and improve engagement of corporate and enterprise customers.
  • Assistance with project management and customer implementations.
  • Assistance with onsite technical support at conferences in Europe.

Requirements

Requirements

  • You are happy to solve customer challenges.
  • Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
  • You work organized and manage the processes from start to finish.
  • You have a service mindset and communicate with customers.
  • You like to develop relationships and you are keen on commercial opportunities.

Training and Experience

  • Studying HBO or WO.
  • Experience in business services and IT is a plus.
