Temporary place to live

Hello, Im starting in the AUAS on August 19th, my course is three years long but I cannot find any accomodation. I'm interested in renting somewhere temporary for a few months while I continue to look for something more permanent. I also need to be able to register with the municipality and I'm unsure I can do this if I rent from an erasmus student- perhaps someone can tell me the answer to this?

I'm a quiet person, tidy and responsible and have lived on my own before, I will have no problem looking after your place. 

Non smoker, occassional social drinker, sociable, well travelled and easy going.
