PhD student looking for a room in Amsterdam for 3 months

I am a belgian PhD student in architecture and urban planning, and I will stay in Amsterdam from January, 8th till March, 30th for my research (fieldwork consisting of interviews and case-study analysis mainly). I am 28, almost 29 (end of December). I think I am an easy going person, I don't smoke, I'm tidy and clean, and I am quiet (I'll have to work a lot during my stay...). I like hiking in the Mountains, go to the cinema, the theater or the opera, and have a goof meal with friends in a nice restaurant...with a good glass of red wine!

I am looking for a room in a furnished apartment, if possible not too far  from the research Institute were will by my office, in Oosterparkbuurt (or easily reachable). My maximum budget is 700€/month, charges included, but I can accept slightly more if the neighbourhood and the apartmnet are really outstanding !
