master student looking for accommodation in Amsterdam

I am ecuadorian-italian, 56 yo, have worked in tourism for many years in South America.  Now I am following a tourism master program in Wageningen University.  In september I start my internship in Amsterdam, so I am looking for a small studio or self-contained room, preferably near Oosterpark, upper floor and with a nice view.I am interested in politics, society issues, communitary organization

I enjoy walking, reading, going to the theater, museums  and  movies.  I'd rather live in a quiet neighborhood, I do not party much but do not mind parties , as far as they are not too loud. I enjoy the beach and the countryside.
