Looking for student accommodation in Amsterdam near Zuid station

Im easy going and enjoy creating a peaceful and easygoing environment for everyone, although I often need downtime to myself like everyone but definitely would love to experience the full university downtime ventures of creating memories and adventures with friends (partying included) while we create our futures. I am pretty clean and stick to rules of a house easily or so I have been told in previous rooming situations. Im not overly clean and have little interest of telling people what to do. I hope this message comes across as well meaning as was intended by me. Would love to room with someone that feels the same way and whos interest of rooming is limited to a similiar studying space. I speak English, Dutch and German and hope to find a living situation with roomates around my age if possible.
