looking for room in shared apartment

I'm kind and friendly, open to make new aquaintances. I need a decent room in an apartment I'm willing to share with other students (male and female, no problem). Wi-Fi is a must. Cleanliness and overall tidiness are also important. I don't smoke. A location close to my university (or to good transportation) is preferred.
