Looking for people to get a flat with

I'm looking for 1 or 2 people to look for a place with, I don't care about any particular feature for the roommates, the only thing that matters to me is having tidy, clean and respectful people around me.

I have a long experience of shared flats and roommates and I have found out that an untidy and dirty place is just something I can't stand, I don't have autism or anything, it just fires up my nerves a lot.

Other than that there's not much I have to say, I'm fine with having people over as long as it's not everyday and it's communicated beforehand, I like to cook and to share what I cook.

I'm trying to stay below budget and I'm ok with being outside the center, as long as I can get to my uni in less than an hour.
