Hi! I'm a responsible and hardworking 18-year-old international student studying business management in Amsterdam. I'm looking for a private studio apartment with my own bathroom and kitchen. I'm willing to pay up to 800 euros per month, including utilities. I don't smoke or party, and I'm always on time with my rent.
I'm a clean and tidy tenant, and I take good care of the property I rent. I'm also respectful of my neighbors and I'm always willing to help out.
I'm looking for a studio apartment in a quiet neighborhood, but I'm also close to public transportation so I can easily get around the city.
