French student, looking for and accomodation in Amsterdam

I'm a 19 years old french student and as a future HvA international student, I'm looking for a place to live in the city of Amsterdam form 18 of august to 23 of December. I'm a nice person, really open-minded, neat, liking having fun with friends and discover new people! Besides I currently study business in Rennes (Britain). I'm currently looking for accomodation as a flatsharing or a studio and it might be possible that my boyfriend join me during the stay. My max budget is 700 euros.
