Couple (both 19) are looking for an apartment in Amsterdam

Hello, 
My name is Alicja Tunska and I am moving to Amsterdam from Vienna, Austria as of August 2013 together with my boyfriend. I am looking for a nice apartment for two students, a girl (polish nationality) and a boy (austrian nationality), both age 19. Ideally, an apartment that is around 50 - 60 m2 (maybe even 40-45m2 depending on the layout of the apartment) and is semi-furnished or fully-furnished in a nice neighbourhood with a good public transport connections. Since we are students, we are looking for affordable apartments.
