canadian-german girl, looking for accommodation in Amsterdam or Leiden

Hi! My Name is Gitana and I am going to start my studies in Leiden in September. Iam looking for acommodation in Amsterdam or Leiden from August onwards. Id be happy for anything for a min. of 6 months or longer. I would like to have a room of my own. I don't mind to share a kitchen and/or bathroom.

Ive travelled around a bit and have lived in cities like Vancouver, Paris, Cologne & Berln... Ive lived with roommates and on my own and I could imagine doing either during my studies as long as I have the needed peace & quiet during exam pierods. 

I am of German, Canadian and Polish descent. I speak english, german and polish fluently and a bit of french. I am an open-minded person and like to meet new people and experience new places.
