35yo seeking either room in shared apartment or roommate to find 2BR together

Hello. I am a 35-year-old Physics Masters student from the United States. I will be studying at the University of Amsterdam starting September 2025.

I am looking for either a room in a shared apartment or someone to search for a two-bedroom apartment with. I need accommodation for at least one year starting from August 2025.

I work remotely part-time alongside my studies. I am clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I don't mind if my flatmates are students or workers.

The accommodation must allow registration as I need this for my student visa. I prefer areas with good access to the university campus.
