35-y-o man looking for an accommodation in beautiful Amsterdam

I will be in Amsterdam for over a year from May 1st, 2016 and am looking for a place to stay while conducting research in AMC. I don't smoke, practice sport and I will be off most weekends. I assure you I can be also fun :-) I even cook sometimes. I'd rather have a quiet and clean environment without beers and weed all over the place to go to after a long working day. Sport and health oriented roommates will be appreciated.
