34 year old professional Looking for a roommate

I'm looking to move to Amsterdam (from London) in the next 6 months (maybe longer) and initially need to find somewhere to rent for 1-3 years

I'm a very laid back guy, good communicator so I'm sure we can navigate through any situations but I'm tidy and considerate so as long as you're the same I don't see any issues

I'm flexible with budget and can contribute anything up to €1300, so 2600 in total

As central as possible for riding distance is important but also without compromising too much living space

I would probably work hybrid so will be in my room during some days 

Don't mind smoking as long as it's out the window and not in my face :)
