25 years old girl, looking for accomodation in Amsterdam

I'm a girl coming from the north of Italy but studying communication and advertising in Siena. I'm a very sociable person, I love travelling and meeting new people. I've already had experiences abroad, in particular one year of EVS service in France, when I was 19. I'm looking for a single room in Amsterdam while I'll be doing an Erasmus traineeship. I'll stay in Amsterdam for five months, till the end of February. I can accept even rooms that the rent ends before my departure. Ready to cook lot of italian food (if you like it)! I'm open to every kind of roommates, prefer not more than three or four.
