25 year old researcher, looking for long-term housemate(s) in Amsterdam from November

I'm moving to Amsterdam this November to start a new job following my graduation (hooray!) I'm looking for someone to split an apartment in / close to the city centre for an indefinite term. I'm clean, tidy, and organised. I love to cook, and I'm always down for a Mario Kart tournament. I've lived away from home for seven years, so I've plenty of experience in managing all the residential responsibilities like paperwork, bills, working with landlords etc. Movie nights, dinner parties, craft-ernoons and the like are all great; less keen on drinking games and crowded parties. My personal budget is pretty high (I'd pay up to around 1750 for my half), but happy to look into more accessible options if you think we'd get along as housemates.

I love animals, but don't have any of my own. If you have one, I'd be happy to look for pet-suitable places (within reason, no grizzly bears please...). I don't smoke, but I am a whisky and wine nerd.
