24 year old student from Switzerland, looking for a accommodation in Amsterdam

Hi, my name is Alexander, I'm 24 from Switzerland and looking for an accommodation in Amsterdam (Budget 800-1000 euros per month). I am starting my master's in earth sciences in September at UvA and I'm still on the lookout for a place to stay. Regarding the move-in date, from August 1st until the beginning of September would be optimal.  My plan is to study full-time for two years in Amsterdam. I am looking for an accommodation on my own, so it would be cool to be part of an existing shared apartment to make first contact. I see myself as a sociable, cooperative and spontaneous person who is always open to new things. In addition, I do not bring a pet and do not play an instrument. In my free time, I like to do sports like floorball, football or cycling, and I also like to explore new places in cities, away from tourism.
