24 Year old Entrepreneur going back to Uni !

Hey everyone !

I'm a 24 y/o guy from Luxembourg and have started Uni at the Uva Amsterdam back in 2017.. after starting a few companies and moving back to my homecountry I now want to resume my studies while working ! Working alone, it would be nice to  find one or more people to rent together or alternatively join a group of existing roomates ! Gender is of no importance neither is age, but no messy folks or people that see no problem in having dust everywhere haha

As of right now the plan is to attend Uva from Sept.23 on, I have a bit over two semesters left. 

About me :

I'm 24, organised and neat (slight dust allergy ? ) and will be working most of the time when not doing Uni things.  I have no experience with roomates and this would be my first ! I'm easygoing, sociable and go out often. I love art, design and history. 

For the rest, my company is a brokerage and I work with countries that are not all in the same time zones (Europe, HK, Miami, the UAE) so I'll often be on the phone talking in different languages and sometimes in the middle of the night.. the palce I would like to join / rent together should offer enough privacy for you to be okay with that and maybe even a separate shower (?!) 

MAX BUDGET : 1500€/month all incl. (I'm OK to pay more if I get the bigger room :-p )

PETS : OK if you don't have a tarantula, snake, a lizzard or some weird thing like that
